Registration and Confirmation
The primary registration form must be completed online. After that we will contact you for the payment. An invoice, as confirmation of the registration, will be sent to the corresponding address. No additional confirmation of registration will be sent out.
The invoice is to be paid via bank transfer. Until payment is received, registration will be on hold and won’t be considered.
If payment arrives without the corresponding registration, the booking won’t be considered.
No refund will be granted in case of cancellations.
Accommodation should be booked according to suggested hotels (Visa & Accommodation Menu). Hotel bookings must be completed and paid when registering for the conference in order to be considered. The conference organization is not responsible for hotel bookings in other hotels and if you book the hotel directly.
Post-conference bookings must be completed and paid when registering for the conference in order to be considered. The indicated prices are per person.
The on-site secretariat will only issue receipts for services requested on site.
