International Conference of Cultural Landscape (November 2014, Tehran)

Today, as city’s historical landscapes conservation, especially in developing countries faces many challenges, urban developments as creating new cultural landscapes requires especial perspective. Using a Landscape Approach can provide a challenge of past attitudes in both protecting historic urban landscapes and in planning for future and new developments.

The Fifth International Conference of Cultural Landscape is seeking to apply the concepts and approaches based on landscape approach for protecting historic urban landscapes, contemporary cultural landscapes management and planning for future cultural landscapes of the cities.
